Annual Dinner

Members of the Société Guilhem IX are invited to attend the annual Dutch-treat dinner at the Epic Bistro in Kalamazoo, MI, at 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening 14 May 2010.

The size of the dining room limits us to 20 places, and we want to include as many members as we can. If you would like to attend the dinner, please e-mail me by Friday 23 April 2010 at vincent.pollina@tufts.edu. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

At the Business Meeting on Thursday 13 May, and at the two Guilhem IX sessions on Friday 14 May, we will be matching volunteer drivers with those in need of a ride. Let us agree that those who plan to drive will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Friday 14 May in front of the registration building, so those who have cars may help colleagues who do not.
